Job Responsibilities:

1.Lead and participate in scientific research projects, including but not limited to experimental design, data collection, data analysis, paper writing, and project proposals.

2.Guide and mentor graduate students and interns, providing necessary technical support and fostering their research skills.

3.Initiate, plan, and execute research projects, track project progress, and write comprehensive reports.

4.Contribute to the development of the research team by sharing knowledge and expertise and collaborating effectively with team members and partners.

5.Publish high-quality research papers in reputable journals and present findings at international conferences.

6.Secure funding for research projects through grant applications and collaborations with industry partners.

Qualifications/Requirements:

1.Ph.D. in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Mechanics, or related fields. Applicants must have a Ph.D. to be considered for this position.

2.Proven track record of research excellence, with a strong publication record in top-tier journals and conferences.

3.Experience in leading or participating in national or provincial/ministerial-level fund projects.

4.Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members, partners, and stakeholders.

5.Proficient English reading and writing skills, capable of writing research papers and participating in international academic exchanges.
