Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the research team in conducting scientific research work (including but not limited to experimental design, data collection, data analysis, paper writing, and project proposals, etc.).

2. Assist in guiding graduate students and interns in their research work, providing necessary technical support.

3. Participate in the initiation, planning, collection, and execution of research projects, responsible for tracking project progress and writing reports.

4. Complete other tasks assigned by the laboratory.

Qualifications/Requirements:

1. Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Mechanics, or related fields, with a Ph.D. preferred.

2. Formal research experience in renowned universities, research institutes, or technical advisor/R&D engineer experience in well-known enterprises or R&D institutions is preferred.

3. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively collaborate with team members and partners.

4. Proficient English reading and writing skills, capable of writing research papers and participating in international academic exchanges.
