Biography:

Liu Hongzhi, Vice President and Secretary-General of the Beijing International Ecological Economy Association, Senior Engineer, Chief Expert in Decision Consultation of the China Association for Science and Technology, Strategic Consulting Expert of the Yellow River Laboratory (Henan), Expert of the Environmental Engineering Branch of the Dam Road Engineering Hospital, Vice Chairman of the First Committee of the Environmental and Geotechnical Engineering Professional Committee of the China Environmental Science Society, Expert of the Ecological Environment Certification Professional Committee of the China Environmental Science Society, Advisor of the New Pollutants Branch of the China Environmental Science Society, Senior Expert of the Slow Food Working Committee of the China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation, Advisor of the Low Carbon Economy Cooperation Center of the Wu Jinglian School of Economics at Changzhou University.She has served as Deputy Director of the Pollution Control Department of the State Environmental Protection Administration, Deputy Director of the Science and Technology Standards Department of the State Environmental Protection Administration, Vice Mayor of Wuxi City, and Deputy Secretary-General of the China Environmental Science Society.She has led major projects involving water, watershed management, environment and health, environmental protection standards, benchmarks, climate change response, major pollution accident emergency response, and the Xiangshui "3·21" explosion incident.She has received honors such as "National People's Satisfactory Civil Servant" and has published dozens of academic papers/books as the first or corresponding author, with 6 invention patentsauthorized.

Research Areas:

1.Research on the collaborative disposal of typical solid wastes such as fly ash from deep underground space incineration.

2.Collaborative research on geological storage and environmental impact risk prevention and control strategies.
